“She Says” - The new whistleblowing film from Can’t Buy My Silence

We are excited to join in promoting Can’t Buy My Silence’s new film “She Says”, produced in collaboration with Universal Studios to tell the story of the two New York Times reporters who broke the initial Harvey Weinstein story in 2017. The reporters, Jodi Kantor and Megan Twomey, are played by Zoe Kazan and Carey Mulligan, respectively, in the film set to be released in the UK on the 25th November 2022.

Co-Founder or Can’t Buy My Silence and WhistleblowerUK ally, Zelda Perkins, played a role both in the creation of the film and in revealing the original story itself. Now as an activist against the types of NDAs and Gagging clauses which were used to keep this secret for so long, the film is looking to raise funding to expand the already successful Can’t Buy My Silence campaign team.

The film will also hopefully raise public awareness and generate support for the campaign to limit these agreements to their original intended purpose of defending intellectual property. Please go and watch the film when it is released and enjoy what the team have produced.
