Part of his doctoral work examines the psychological impact of whistleblowing and the role of leadership in mitigating harm, with a focus on the armed forces, NGOs, and other complex organisations. His research explores how organisational culture can address moral distress and injury through servant leadership, just culture, and specific operational processes.
