Parliamentary Committee endorses the Whistleblowing Bill

The Chair of the APPG for Whistleblowing, Mary Robinson MP, has been working with the Levelling Up, Housing, and Communities Committee, of which she is a member, to gain their endorsement for her Private Members Bill.

The Committee endorsed the Whistleblowing Bill which will define the term whistleblowing in UK law, establish the Office of the Whistleblower, create criminal offences for those who cause detriment to whistleblowers, and will educate people of their rights.
